Hybrid Hitting Development · The Calculated Consistency Method
Hybrid training, in person and online, for serious players who are done guessing. Most kids don't need to swing more, they need to know what to work on. We build the structure, the direction, and the plan your hitter needs to actually get better, month after month.
Does this sound like what your hitter's been missing?

The Real Problem
Most players don't have an effort problem. They have a direction problem. They walk into the cage guessing what to fix, so the real issue never gets solved, the slump drags on, and the confidence goes with it. Working harder doesn't fix that. Working on the right thing does.
So here's how we fix it.
The System
This is how we supplement the hard work with structure. Six pieces, one plan, built to move your hitter forward.
Know exactly what's holding your swing back, so you stop guessing and start working on the thing that actually matters. ($50 evaluation.)
A swing built to work in the box under a live pitch, not one that just looks good off a tee.
You learn to compete. Handle the misses, slow the game down, and trust your swing when the pressure's on.
You step in with a plan. What to look for, what to expect, and how to think one pitch at a time.
The work only pays off when it's steady. We build a routine you actually stick to, so your progress doesn't ride on how motivated you feel that day.
Everything is mapped to your swing, your level, and your goals, and adjusted as you go so small issues never turn into slumps.

Meet Your Coach
I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and started playing baseball when I was ten. I was never the best player on my team, but early on I figured out that the mental side of the game was where I could win. That's the part I understood, and it's the part I leaned on the rest of the way.
That's what carried me into Cleveland High in Reseda, where I had a great career. Three years on varsity, all city, all league, and team captain. Cleveland wasn't the most well funded program, so we had to find our edge another way. That's where I learned to be gritty, and that's where my mental toughness started.
From there I went to Glendale Community College and kept climbing. I hit .390, made all conference, and that success opened the door to the next level.
That door led me to Cal Lutheran, where I finished my last two years and hit over .350 across both seasons. By then I'd become a captain again, this time for a four year program.
Through all of it, I was never the strongest or the fastest. I was average. What carried me was the way I worked, the way I paid attention to the details, and the way I went about my business every day. That's what turned an average athlete into a real career.
Your kid might have all the talent in the world and everything it takes to reach the next level. What they're missing isn't ability. It's knowing how. Most players don't know what they actually need to do to get better, and that's the gap I close. The right structure and the right guidance is what turns all that talent into results.
